It has more players and thus bigger overall competition, everyone qualified on the back of their current form, meaning they are near peak condition if they get there since the qualifiers are very cutthroat. Plus Blizzcon has an even 8/8 split for WCS and Korea which one could argue is not actually fair given the strength of each scene. Sure, a lot of focus is put onto Blizzcon, a lot of money and prestige is at stake, but I personally think that doesn't make it better than Katowice. | ||
