Same. I imagine he's feeling worse, though. I don't imagine this is what he envisioned his trip to Vegas being like.
Also I stand by what I said in the LR thread. I pretty much have more faith in his ZvT at the moment than his ZvZ.
Oh, certainly. The only person I felt had a legit chance at taking out Life in TvZ this tournament is Innovation, and that's mostly because his timings just seem to work. Other than the KeSPA Terran, I don't think anyone in the world can reliably beat Life in TvZ.
Snute decided to shove all in and it worked , I don't blame him though he had no chance of winning otherwise after his third was denied and he stood to lose all his roaches on the map to the mutas.
How many times out of ten would nydus work vs a muta player who had his mutas pathing towards the nydus as it was making.
It was like watching a poker game where queen -7 shoves all in vs AK and wins..you know the player with AK made the right decisions but he lost the near coin flip even though he was favored. Crazier shit has happened.
Life's had a few rough games recently, but he'll bounce back. I'm not convinced Life couldn't have played his series vs. Snute a lot better than he did, but he certainly has some trouble with the match-up presently. Winter break should fix this.
Either way, we should send him a few tweets, let him know he's still the best (well, maybe not this weekend) in the business.
I am sooO sad T_T I wanted to see Life vs Creator so much, I can not think about anything else but this loss Life plz do not lose to NaNiwa I will not survive this

It was razor thin, a couple of more seconds, and the Mutas kill the Nydus before it finishes and Snute loses. But stuff like this happens in ZvZ, like the build order loss to Leenock in game 2. The bigger problem is how he lost game 2.
The Leenock and Snute games on Cloud Kingdom were very similar, both on 4 base with similar compositions, opponent attacks 4th, comes out way ahead because of bad positioning by Life, pushes the advantage from there to win.

Call me hard to please a 4-kill is only average for Life!
It's not, and he'll have to learn how to play lategame ZvZ over the next few months if he wants to be a top dog in all matchups. At the very least this will spark some confidence back into his play.
