Leenock seemed a little bit sloppy against Apocalypse. Let's see how this goes. Remember to take screencaps from the stream for the fanclub!

![]() In game 1, it was a very even game, he even seemed to have a small advantage in the beginning, had faster lair, equal drones and more Zerglings early on. But Leenock decided to become aggressive first and caught him out of position as he attacked the 4th on Cloud Kingdom. That fight ended with a pretty big supply difference, since most of Life's Infestors weren't in the fight and Leenock had a much better concave. From there he just continued to push, killed the 3rd, then into the natural and gg. In game 2, on Daybreak, Life went Hatch 1st, Leenock did a 10 pool with gas into baneling nest with slow lings. It was a pure build order loss, there was absolutely nothing he could do. Lings + Banelings against Drones and fewer Lings is not a fair fight to say the least. No amount of micro will save you.

Don't worry too much. There are not a lot of players that pose a serious threat to Life for a few rounds (sans upsets).

While I still believe that Life is Leenock's superior, I feel Leenock is one of the three, maybe four players that could seriously threaten him at this tournament. That is, as you say, not accounting for possible upsets.

Still very disappointing from a player of Life's caliber.

I hope he reevaluates his ZvZ matchup because it really seems to be cutting his game down lately. I can't wait for better results after a break from school ![]() I can only echo this. There's a 2 month winter break coming up in Korea, and I find it hard to believe he'll end up anything but better than ever before. Just look at what happened after summer break. Life fighting.
