great series today.. talk about epic.. it started off so shaky but the more games he plays the stronger he gets. Omgosh those double/triple atks by MVP seems so tough and got demolished by it from the first game only to pick up his mistake and atk those dropship in its path.. man such an awesome kid/player..team better train his ass harder off and he may become unstoppable in the future..

Wow congrats to Leenock in those amazing games. I don't think Jjakji will pose a threat even close to what MVP did.

I hope leenock doesn't underestimate Jjakji, they're both really good players and I could see Jjakji taking it if he's taken lightly.

Finally a finals that isn't obviously favoring one player! Finals tend to get a little boring when Nestea or MVP/MMA are involved ^_^ I think leenock is slightly favored, just because he's proven how absolutely godly his ZvT is (it's pretty much undeniably the #1 in the world right now...) but jjakji hasn't proven how good his TvZ is. Nevertheless it should be a good finals, which is more than i've been able to say for every other GSL finals since the dawn of time.

Game 1 was a replay of when they met in game 1 at providence where Leenock got behind and made a big Broodlord push to win the game. Only this time it didn't work.

Game 2 was just sick... I couldn't tell who was gonna win until the last minute. MVP would just not die. I laughed when there were 4 marines fighting 2 mutas and a Queen at 27 minutes into the game. What a bizarre situation. Reminded me of game 5 in Nestea vs SC awhile back.

Game 3 was some of the best vs hellion defense I've ever seen by a zerg. There was a moment when Leenock switched out an almost dead queen in his spine crawler wall with some speedlings, switched to another queen and trasfused the almost-dead queen all in the space of a few seconds... sick micro.

Game 4 Leenock's early baneling roach attach thwarted by some real smart decisions by MVP, and some insane hellion micro killing probably 40 lings with 4 hellions. Leenock was too far behind at that point.

Game 5 saw some incredible drop defense, probably 3 or 4 full medivacs lost to perfect defense by Leenock. Multi-pronged drops defended by groups of lings and mutas. MVP screwing up back at base lowering his depot wall at just the wrong time and it was over at that point.

Sign me up, I'm a Leenock fan!

leenock will be the next bonjwa, i'm calling it now.

He's 16 years old and recieving tutelage form Professor Tea and MVP in the school of starcraft aka the GSL. He's only going to get better, maybe even exponentially.

You just watch as he wins all the major tournaments in 2012!
