MLG run: + Show Spoiler + he made it all the way to the championship bracket this mlg and he hasn't even been practicing a whole lot, pretty impressive. Oh and he casts pretty damn well too. | ||

I personally just wish IGN could get PainUser a different microphone, something along the lines of a Neumann U47 or a Blue Bottle/Bottle Rocket with vintage B7 capsule - a nice classic sound that really de-emphasizes more nasal qualities to voices. The first time I heard PainUser talk, I could swear it was me talking through a mic. I've had some very pleasing results doing close-mic voice work with the Blue mics. And sometimes I sound like a bicycle horn in person, so there's that. I think it'd be a nice investment for IGN, nailing down the voice-over sounds for unique casters that they are already investing in. | ||
