day9 and incontrol used to be very successfull pros incontrol still is a pro gamer Lol, I kinda got that watching the SC scene all these years :DIt's just that LS did some modelling and acting, and she's recognized by half of the SC2 fans after the NASL finals, and some of the fans would probably want to look her up on Wiki. | ||

I think that the hype centered on Lindsey is actually caused by the fact that gamers all over the world wanted this notion to be true. LS announcing that she felt in love with the game on first sight, wants to play and stream it right away and all that - it's in fact a proof, that the non-nerdy are just like us, nerds and that the things we love are lovable not only by the Nerdville population, but by even the most un-nerdy of human beings. Well, seeing how it all turned out we now have a supereffective counterproof. | ||

Is she still in the scene? I found her to be very charismatic... I suppose that is her true job as an actress-model, so she does a good job. I hope to see her at more big events like MLG/NASL. she really was charismatic, wasn't she. Well,... Guess she wants to use this trait elsewhere. | ||

EDIT: Here's the sketch for the wikipedi page I once made, that was deleted from Wiki. EDIT2: Also, Day[9] directly asked Lindsey on Facebook today if she picked up SC2 after all. Now, it depends whether she knows who day[9] is, but possibly we may have a definite answer soon. | ||

You guys still talk as if she's coming back. Let her go man, she's gone. SHE'S GONE AND SHE NEVER LOVED YOU. I'm sorry, but you needed to hear that. LAWLNah, man, I just watch the meta-scene and see career opportunities that are being wasted. But that's a choice LS manager made and I'm fine with it. We've got other that play the same role and due to all the practice they get during events it's all getting better and better. Rachel 'SeltzerPlease' Quirico for that matter is UBER AWESOME with the mike and was pretty much a completion of the Caster in making a great show at IPL. Anna Prosser, who I percieved as less likeable than Lindsey does a great job too. So while Lindsey's not here with the community (which is a shame) I actually very much enjoy that the opportunity she had was perceived, didn't go to waste and is used by some really talented girls out there. I wish Rachel and Anna to keep up the great job and for Lindsey to maybe come around, if she wants. | ||
