Protoss is my least favorite race, but somehow Alicia manages to be my favorite player. I've been following him ever since his Code A games against Noblesse (and not just because Artosis was going nuts over him). Between watching his crazy PvT style, knowing he took out Bomber and was the top SlayerS player, he immediately jumped to the top of my watch list. If we have a 5th GSL champion, I'm really hoping it'll be this guy. He's one of the few Protoss that make the race look interesting. Go Alicia~! | ||

He's definitely gonna be a force to be reckoned with. The cool thing is that the writer of that editorial basically shit on all the big names in the SC2 scene right now, but a guy with his mindset mentions that Alicia is going to be huge. I think that's pretty telling. Just reread the editorial and I learned that Alicia wasn't even a BW pro, which is really inspirational to me, since I someday aspire to get really good at SC2 (I've never played BW) If I recall correctly, in an interview somewhere (might have been a post-match interview in a VOD), one of Alicia's teammates stated that starting off, Alicia wasn't very good, but then he went on this insane practice schedule (literally 14 hours a day or something) for a very long period, and just got ridiculously good. This tells me that, even if you ignore all his actual achievements, he possesses the incredible work ethic to be a champion. I look forward to seeing it pay off for him. | ||
