I don't know something is really off with DRG... he only had to practice 1 matchup for this whole group... zvt. For him to have so much trouble against Taeja and thestic seems so uncharacteristic. He just didn't look like he wanted to be there. I hope he can have a break... I mean 2 MLGs in a row losing to the same person is kind of discouraging and then having to go to Code S match against more terrans...

DRG... go relax. Clear your head. Do something else. Come back when you're ready

Well, he did beat Stc 2-0 at the Winter Arena. I think it was just the case of DRG having an off day and Stc and Taeja playing well. With how deep Code S is now, it is very hard to stay on top. When you are on top, people will study you more. I am pretty sure when top korean terrans practice their TvZs, their 'imaginary' opponent is DRG.

why does he think ultras are good?

if he had just gone ling bane muta he probably would have won on daybreak etc. but just kept trying to go ultras when behind = never going to work, ever.

I'm more surprised why he went ultralings instead of ultrabanes.
Also, I don't understand the mutalisk into ultra ling infestors.
That tech does not make sense.
If you go spire, then just go broods.
If you want ultrabanes, you need good ground upgrades and infestor support.
He broke all of his own rules yesterday.
