I am most disappointed with his first game against bunny, it seems he missed a lot of drops even when they were in overlord path and that baneling uncertainty dragged the mine and killed a lot of the ling banelings
oh well, I think he just didn't perform up to his standard today

Mr Chae said their aren't any Nestea awards on the line because this is an OSL coming up, not a Code S, so DRG has until the end of this coming season to be in shape to get the award. I hope DRG wants it enough! If DRG's heart isn't in it anymore, that's his call to make though. His play in HotS hasn't been the masterpiece that it was; maybe he's happy with how far he made it.

If you aren't happy though, DRG, practice your ass off and get that award!

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. No player wins everything. Not Innovation, not Flash, not Parting, not Life and neither DRG. Unfortunaly he lost today, but that means he will win sometime else. And hopefully that time is when it matters and he will get the award. He deserve it (and so does Leenock and MKP) and I believe he will come back. He has been in slumps before and overcame them, and I believe he can do it again in this one. Just got to keep on pushing!

I'm a little worried for DRG. I think the next season is supposed to start right after WCS Season Finals, and he still hasn't looked convincing in HotS, even in the couple of games he did win. If he gets matched up against a good player in the first round of Code A, then what?

I was feeling really bad about drg missing out on nestea award, but it's great to hear that he still has a shot at it.

DRG will not be going to MLG Anaheim.
Currently, there's no sponsor paying for overseas travel.
There's no qualifiers for a free trip either
and the prize is only 10k for top place.

I'm really sad about this because I live very close to Anaheim.
No DRG signature on my HotS box this year.

I think if you want to make a career in SC2 you should fund it yourself I mean, 10k and those WCS points for first place are probably worth it. How come MVP don't have a overseas travel sponsor? common Razer we bought mouse pads ffs!!
