not a clue... that's the one thing that disappoints me about demu really :/ like, i absolutely adore his stream, and when he does make tourney appearances i make sure i clear my schedules etc just to watch him! but, it really doesn't seem that he's bothered with attending any offline tournaments anymore... and meanwhile people like huk, thorzain etc are being flown all over the place!

on a positive note though, good luck ben!! :D you can definitely clear this group, and quite frankly, you deserve to!

And then he wins 2-0 2-0. Silly me.

Not sure if I've ever seen him play this well vs Protoss... I thought he'd be slightly favoured vs Huk but didn't think he'd have an easy time vs Crank, but holy shit. He played so unusually defensive on the first map, but did it so well that it worked. I have a hard time remembering the last time I've seen zealot runbys be so ineffective.

Awesome play, really well deserved win. I'm excited for the rest of the season.

Amazing stuff tonight - so cool to see Demu make good on all that effort he put in to reach Premier. Can't stay up to find out the Round of 16 draw, but it'll be a tense moment finding it out in the morning...

Not a bad TvT-series, but Alive was one step ahead most of the time. Such a difficult group, holy shit. He should be able to take out Minigun, but after that it becomes really hard.

As huge a Demu fan as I am, I think Demu's chances of getting out of this group are looking very, very slim now. Best case scenario is that he gets another pop at aLive, and he'd need to massively step things up to have a chance of victory there - I think trying to keep pace in a macro game with very competent Korean Terran is probably unwise.

Step 2: Play more offline tournaments surely? I mean, his nerves are literally destroying him... out early at MLG, out of WCS after playing waaaaay below his standard... surely more practice in offline play will help?

I love you to bits Ben, and I watch every single stream but, I can't survive another offline event where you suddenly lose the ability to play anywhere near your normal standard

please, please, please... either swap regions so you can actually play against decent players, or, get yourself out to more tournies cause otherwise, the nerves aren't going anywhere ><

What did his games vs Minigun look like? I saw the series vs Alive, then I had to go to bed.

Sucks about being eliminated obviously, especially since he looked so super-strong in his ro32-group. I guess the above poster has a point about offline nerves, but he was able to do well in NASL offline last year, so it shouldn't be impossible to replicate, I guess.

Well, at least he's in California, now. Maybe he can practice KR ladder with less latency from there.
