Yeah man. Probably his greatest performance to date, and it just _had_ to be another silver finish. Somebody up there either doesn't like him... or thinks he needs a little more stimulation before the next Code S.

Naniwa for Code S Champion.

Just realised he has qualified for the Blizzard Cup as well, so that's two major tournaments for Naniwa until the end of the year.

I'm so glad too see a european performing without american guys saying he didnt' achieve a shit and he never met code S bla bla. Gratz Naniwa, fantastic performance, i'm not a fan of you and your too frequent BM attitude but i found cute how he standed on the scene, he was happy wanted to scream of joy after every victory but he was like "i dont know how to do that, ill just stand here and calm down". I think in fact he is emotive, and i likr him now !

Very proud of Nani's run. All the idiots booing him in Providence and the drama queens on TL have made me an even bigger fan!
I hope he's happy, I know he's a perfectionist and hates even coming 2nd even when he wins big prizes, but beating so many awsesome players over the weekend, winning the Invitational, getting Code S and winning about $30,000...what an amazing tournament, be proud, NaNiwa!

It's ok.

"somebody up there doesn't like me" sounds pretty victimizing and is something Naniwa wouldn't say or even think. "gonna practice twice as hard for everything in the future and not give a shit about anything else" is a thought that's more likely to go through his head right now

I hope that Nani reads this thread, because despite all the zerg fanboism and overall haters he has still a huge group of people cheering for him and admiring his dedication and hard work Keep it up, you definetly showed us this weekend that everything is in your reach!

I love how after being terrible in Code A, Nani is in Code S. Not saying he doesn't deserve it (he rocked this weekend) but I just find it ironic.

How come so many people use the excuse of 2 base all inns. If it was so easy to read i'm sure atleast 1 would have found out how to hold -.-
Nani! you so good! :D

Not flaming, just wanted to leave a opinion seeing how everyone is saying how critisism is pointed to "GTFO", he did good and made it to finals with warp prism and forcefields.

Ever heard of this guy IdrA? Yeah. The hypocrisy on these sad fucks are just gross.

When did I say anything about IdrA being better at it?
You're a prime example of a fan going blind towards hes idol, and ignoring facts / making shit up to back your point of (blind) view.

Point is, act like a douche, get treated like a douche. I'm glad people had guts to boo at him, maybe he realises that he should change hes behaviour.

Good player or not, should respect opponents.

If you look at the history of MLG->code S players, you have MMA, DRG, MC...none of those deserved code S either at the time they got it, except DRG perhaps. All 3 were also terrible in code A. (or not even code A for MC and MMA)

nani =(

I feel like you were the best player at the event, played so many great games. Very sad way to lose. I hope you figure out how to make FFE safe vs 7RR

FFE is "safe" against 7rr, you have just to scout it and it's almost an auto win, like in game 1

Game 1 leenock could've easily denied scouting, just as he did the other games.
I don't know how you would scout it reliably
