Man this DH makes me so fucking mad that we will never see Nani in GSL again, he showed just how good he is yet again and I wish he'd get more chances to prove himself against the very best since that's what he wants.

Pretty damn nice overall result though, 5 grand in money, 450 wcs points, guaranteed spot in the end of the year dreamhack finals. Nani has nothing to be ashamed of about his performance here.

Naniwa played amazing, showing his full skill and he could have easily won, the series was really close. In my mind, he is now the new best foreigner.

Still showing how good you are! Bra jobbat mannen!

Nani was always one of those players I liked but never got REALLY in to. On coming back to SC2 for hots and seeing this as his first major performance since I came back I have to say I'm very impressed and while it hurts to get so close, that run was incredible and he had me on my feet so many times tonight.

Great play in general but his dedication and commitment, to me, really make him stand out. It seems like he really will go all out to be the best, spending time in Korea and trying to get the most out of himself all the time. If he keeps at it really trying his hardest to be the best he can be, he'll always have a lot of respect from myself.

NaniWa is the best foreigner in the world at the moment, but what he lacks is some good conditions for training. I am so sad that there are many players in EG house that are there just to sit and do nothing, while this guy practically trains from HOME seat.. It is not good if you are alone in the korean house too. Psychology is a big factor in SC training.

Come on teams, make that good EU-US Korea house for best players of EU-US so we could se foreigner GSL champion already.

You have nothing to be ashamed of NaNiwa. This was like the hardest Dreamhack event ever and probably one of the hardest ones in the foreigner scene aswell. You beat alot of really good koreans and ended up 2nd after Leenock which is one of the very best players in the world.

Congratulations for an amazing run and keep on fighting and never stop believing! Love you

whereismymind, when Nani is in Korea he can stay in the EG-TL house, his training environment is pretty decent.

if you ever read this naniwa, just know that we as a planet consider you to be our representative for the foreign community. throughout your entire history of the drama, anger, hatred, and at times immaturity, you still have shined bright and stood the test against the world's best. your a good dude and an even greater player. keep up the hard work and you'll be holding the trophies again!

Dat Jaedong, HerO, Taeja, Zenio, Oz, Revival, Alive (etc.) practisepartners! I just hope there are foreigners (perhaps Khaldor and some others) that come over and hang with him aswell, so that he doesnt get that isolated-only-communicate-with-koreans-feeling like last time.

Both the semifinal and the final games were amazing, really shows how good Naniwa is at taking games of the korean players. Itmgives me hope that Naniwa can show some muscle in WCS Europe.
