I love him for his SC2 talent.

Not necessarily his social skills.

i am beyond impressed by his showing at mlg this weekend
i regret not taking him farther within my tsl3 bracket...but everyone makes mistakes
i have felt that he has a boatload of skill, i saw the determination in his tl open games however i didnt realize how much is really there...this man...is one of SC2's greatest beasts
and is now added to my list of favorite tosses

I was at MLG and although I was rooting against NaNiwa I was amazed by his play, his tournament run was amazing. This guy really knows how to play.

Usually i like being fans but i still cant get over the BM he used to do he was pretty bad worse then Idra imo im not gonna hop on a bandwagon just cause he won an MLG

Fair enough, but he didn't "just" win an MLG. He started as the 182nd seed in the open bracket and slayed his way through dropping close to no games. Any player that skilled in my book I'm a fan of! and he's baller!

Edit - Oops, I totally skipped over this in this OP. Yeah, I can reason with you on the BM aspect, but I feel like him getting kicked out of EPS and MYM. has sort of humbled him, I wouldn't necessarily say he is a mannered player now, but from what I've seen recently, he isn't near as bad as he used to be. >.<

Sign me up. Owning the MLG on his first(?) run even though he is not seeded and not losing until the grand finals is very impressive indeed. Good job, NaNiwa!

Naniwa is great. I think he proves that wc3 players are at no real disadvantage. He was a mediocre wc3 player, but now is an amazing sc2 player.
Where's the pleasure in that?

If it's "Naniwa fighting!" in swedish you're trying to say, it's "Naniwa kämpar!"

When he says he followed him forever, you do realize that Naniwa was a War3 player, right..? Which then in turn makes it completely possible to have been following him for quite a while.

We should name him Killer Protoss cause of his look. Guy is scary! Reminds me of Jaedong in SC1 once he got mad and got that look in his eyes you knew it was over.

Sign me up!

I have been a fan even before I knew that srsRaZerNaNi = Naniwa.
Naniwa is one of the few who really knows how to make Protoss games interesting.

Mad props to this guy, I hope his succes in Starcraft 2 will only continue. And I'm sure it will seeing the skills and determination of this beast!
