It's for very skilled players who have demonstrated that they post very insightful and useful posts in the strategy forums. ThorZaIN certainly is very skilled, but he very infrequently posts in the strategy forums, and he's never created his own thread there. That'd be why he is not a blue poster (yet anyway =p). | ||
