If he wins from Teaja he has a good chanc of making it out of the groups, even if he loses against Stephano

Doesn't matter if grubby wins that 3rd game or not, he already impressed me. Last week seemed a bit lucky to me but i think he just made the next step to another level, i he is pretty confident these days again which boosts his performances, really good series vs teaja and VERy good start into game 3

yes, Grubby took a legit macro game off of Taeja

but to be honest? he had a HUGE early game lead vs Taeja, got a really lucky storm, and just hit a beautiful concave in the final engagement where the colossi could go to work. Not to mention even though he nearly doubled Taeja's supply early on, Taeja still maxed out before Grubby - on both supply and upgrades.

Grubby played well but he still has a lot to improve

Grubby always says he needs to get a feeling and understanding for the units and the game before he can become really good at the game.
I think this is harder in Sc2 than in Wc3 since theres so much sacrificing even of big armies, while in Wc3 your army usually stands and falls with the game.

late to the party, but grubby was my idol in wc3, shame to see him play protoss instead of zerg. Although terran would have fit him nicely as well I think.

Love his casting, his OSL broadcasting was great to hear.

Nice to see him doing successfully as well as a Progamer in his more recent tournies, though I definitely hope he continues to do casting.
