Might be april's fool joke, but on the other hand it isn't 1:st yet... Weird indeed.
D:.......
this sucks =/
I wonder if he is joining a new team...
I was waiting for this to happen. EG never involved Grubby in any clan wars and is already about 100x better than Incontrol, yet Incontrol feels the need to talk down about Grubby because of his own insecurities. Overall EG did not seem like a good fit for him switching over to SC2 full-time.
liquid`grubby inc?
Was he ever signed as a SC2-Player? No clan-tag in ladder etc. I would wonder if he had to wait long for some good offers.
well i'm not sure if him leaving is serious or not, i'm inclined to think not because i'm a suspicious sort and well scoots is a bit of a joker lol. i do remember watching his stream a few weeks ago and saw somebody from virus clan trying to recruit him. of course grubby didn't say anything on air and as i already said i'm not sure to trust this but just a little extra thing if it turns out to be for reals
Sir Scoots said it wasn't a joke.
It's real, Scoots said so on the general thread.
GL Grubby as long as you keep improving you will continue to be... better than IdrA.
yeah i just saw that too, virusgrubby incoming?
I guess. It kinda blows me away that the Virus manager was talking to Grubby about joining on stream. Didn't MYM.Sunny get fired for that shit when he tried to poach Cella on stream?
Liquid grubby would be awesome
Oh damn. I wonder what team will pick him up, i doubt it will take long before a nice team sees his skill and potential and picks him up
good luck grubby! <3
Liquid Grubby makes sense, given that teamliquid and Grubby are both Dutch... and his skill level in sc2 is quickly advancing

He made some comments on State of the Game, but none of them were degrading or ill-intended at all. I dont remember much about what he said because none of it was bad so I wont paraphrase at all. scatmango is just upset because of his fanboy filtering doesn't want to hear anything but "OMG GRUBBY IS THE BEST"
I love grubby. Don't say things that just simply aren't true

One thing, Grubby was never officially part of EG's Starcraft Division so I doubt he would have been able to participate in those clan wars even if they wanted him to.

very interested to see him play, I think it's cool how successful an orc player he was.
XD

Rest assured Grubby orc/protoss followers I'm sure he has a plan for a big move. He lives as a professional gamer, he'll have a new team soon enough. it would be awesome if he joined Teamliquid but I doubt that because he's still playing WC3 too isn't he? Or maybe this could be the beginning of his switch, there is a LOT of money going into SC2 right now maybe he'll commit to SC2 more and play WC3 in the background?
My fanboy senses are tingling.

He's pretty much just playing SC2 atm, he said he'd go back to play wc3 tournaments if there were any that interested him though.

According to the MLG bracket, Grubby just beat Inka in the Open Winner's Bracket Round 3 :D
His next round opponent will be one of two people I've never heard of, so he should be able to get to Round 5... which means we might see him play against sixjax_dde on stream tomorrow!
GL Grubby!
