Ride of the Valkyries began to play softly in the background. The overmind was flabbergasted. Could it be? Could it be the fabled one the legends of the ancient broods foretold? His moment of introspection was cut short as Ride of the Valkyries exploded, and QXC! came over Mount Doom riding bareback on his banshee, dual wielding Gauss Rifles with his American Flag bandanna flowing proudly in the wind! He let out a hearty Terran laugh as he slaughtered all Zerg in sight, going through countless stims and stutter steps. All seemed to fall, until all that was left was the overmind itself. Qxc scoured the land and it seemed as though the overmind had eluded him. As he was about to turn home, the spirit of Boxer appeared before him and said: "Scan the islandu". Qxc promptly did so. The overmind let out a piercing cry as the golden rotating circle signaled his doom. Ride of the Valkyries had long since faded out and had been replaced by the smooth melody of the Tristram theme. As qxc approached the heaping hemorrhaging mass of the overmind, it said "I... am a monument to all your sins." Qxc stared at the heaping mass confusedly, but his quizzical expression quickly turned to a smile as he said, "I'm QXC; you've probably heard of me." And as he said those magic words the overmind began to transform. It wildly flailed and twisted and shrunk. When the dust had settled, what was left was a small 5"6 asian university student in a fetal position. Qxc saw his work was done, and flew back to base, bareback on his banshee. | ||
