Just found out qxc is leaving Root. I'm crushed :'(Still love ya though :') Hope you end up in a damn good team. Also, can't wait to see more form RootKitty, they need a good T to replace qxc. | ||

But you can totally understand the decision from a pro-gaming point of view, FXO clearly looks after their players very well, pay them a good salary etc and have big plans for the future, whilst ROOT is basically a fun team with friends, with very few if any sponsors. Sad, but true Best of Luck for the future, Qxc! | ||

[image loading] Kevin “FXOqxc” Riley – QXC's lsit of StarCraft 2 achievements is so comprehensive that it is hard to summarise in one paragraph. One glance at his Liquipedia page confirms that he comes with a SC2 resume rivalled by very few players, and for a relatively unknown BW player this American Terran was hard to go past when filling out the roster. Most recently you can catch him the TSL3. FXO just announced some of their newest players, notably qxc! Yes, I am sad about his departure from ROOT but FXO could be the right move for him. ROOT does an exceptionally good job at taking talent and turning them into monster players (ala Minigun and KiWiKaKi) but I think FXO will give qxc more room to grow as a player. With teammates the likes of Sheth and Moonglade I think qxc will definitely fit in nicely and grow into the competitive monster terran we know he can be. Another factor that I think influenced this decision is that FXO simply has more money. qxc has always stated his goal as being a progamer after college and with ROOT's problems finding a main sponsor, FXO was the logical choice. Overall I am happy with this move and I am really excited to see how qxc progresses in the next 4-6 months. NASL season 3 champ anyone?? Plus I can look forward to those ROOT vs FXO team league finals (take that EG, fNatic.MSI, ONE, Empire). Now gogo and destroy those Europeans qxc! | ||
