At first i thought he's too cocky and unlikeable, but since homestory cup 3 i know he's just such a funny guy with a great entertaining part. I wish him the best whenever i watch his games. Does someone have the photoshopped picture of Mc as R2D2 (M2D2)??? It was posted in one of the live report threads of hc3, but i can't find it.

Yesterday he was number 9 on Korean ladder, today 7, ahead of Puzzle, and he has at least 40 less games played than everyone else in the top 10. Really excited to seem him perform in all those upcoming tournaments where people seem to be counting him out as "slumping" despite him having a winning record versus almost everyone there. As irrational as it sounds... I'm actually not worried about him. I'm confident he'll be back. He's too good to disappear forever.

It was a twist on his standard Stargate play that just crushed his unsuspecting opponent. I'll be honest, I suspect that MC could just cheese his way through Code A. Yeah MC had a little bit downtime with his confidence. As he played gainst Losira it just didnt look like MC was playing. Didnt really cared bout his Stargate units control and in compare to the game on Metalopolis against Idra where his control was nearly perfect its just looks like some korean nooname toss...

Think it has mostly to do with him performing somewhat mediocre-ly (by MC standards) in the gsl games since dropping to Code A. Think up till NASL at least he was still in good state, but the crushing loss there and the fall to Code A must have put some chinks in his confidence, and his play i feel is more dependent on his confidence than most other players'. Slumping is a mental state, not a reduction of actual skill. I hope MC gets his rhythm back

You realize he plays other pros on ladder as well, and many people will do things like 1-1-1 him, 1-1-1 contain, 2 rax medivac all-in, etc. which has most led to him losing in the GSL?

Ladder is a good tool, but certainly not the best tool in preparing for best of 3's. Some players, notably Nestea, does not play on ladder seriously at all. I hope that his good ladder rating though means that he has changed up his play at least some what to reclaim the title of the leader of his race. So many have given up hope ![]()

I didn't act like him being high in the ladder means that he's going to 4-0 Nestea in a bo7? Some players not playing seriously on the ladder doesn't mean that others don't. And how is him learning to defend all-ins better when he has been losing to all-ins and 1-1-1 variations "not well thought out"? People all-in a ton on the korean ladder, especially TvP if you watch Korean protoss streams, this gives him an opportunity to face Code B members who may be able to execute it even better than many Code A or Code S members. It also means he's able to adjust his play to the current metagame that his teammates might not be using, such as the two base infestor into muta style (even though I believe he held it off perfectly and had nothing to do with his 3rd map loss). I wrote that as in it's a good sign, Huk grind games on Korean server all day and just made it into grandmaster and still loses a ton, and he's in Code S.

I just asked for oGsMC's current standing in GSL, what's wrong with that? I will always be a fan. However I just wanted to know what Code he is in right now.
