Clearly there is no point to urging someone to improve their mental game. There is no way to improve it and no need to. You're absolutely right.

Anyways, I don't see why Idra is being criticized for 6 pooling. He has the reputation of being so standard, cheesy strategies like that gain even more power for him because of how unexpected they are. That game could have easily went differently with how risky of a player MC can be, especially a game up. MC doesn't scout on 9, MC does a weird opening, either of these things could have made the 6 pool extremely powerful regardless of MC's skill. And then we'd have a bunch of posts in here about how great it was when Idra 6 pooled MC and won. Semi-finals with a close loss against MC is a great accomplishment and I think this 6 pool thing is taking too much attention away from that.

Code S GSL, Top 8 MLG, etc. etc. IdrA isn't some joke zerg that nobody takes seriously. There really aren't that many players right now that can step to IdrA.

Wonder if the SpankWire thing is an EG clan secret.... ... or if Machine has starred in any of those videos. On a more on-topic (and serious) note, i'm seriously considering getting an hour or two of coaching from Idra, especially after watching MrBitter's stream with Idra.
