I just love how in esports the ''flippin hamburgers'' as a derogatory term is used seriously so frequently

I would assume he is guessing 8k a month based off Incontrol saying 4-6k being in the ball park and multiple people saying that EG's top players make a 6 figure salary.

I would assume Jaedong and Stephano getting maybe paid those numbers. And since IdrA would be the 3rd highest player based on recognition and visibility it is kind of possible but highly unlikely he made 96k a year.

It doesn't work either way, most of the players are around 19 year olds, where most teenagers have those sort of jobs. ''But they missed out on higher education'' Plenty of people get their higher education later on It just doesn't make sense in any way ![]()

Seems like he is going to switch as a caster or switch to LoL/DotA. I don't see any other reason why he shouldn't say Starcraft 2.

This is one time where I think even if what you say is true, it still might happen. Um so the alliance is affiliated with EG I thought(http://gosugamers.net/dota2/news/23584-alliance-picks-up-nth-and-naniwa). Both Idra and naniwa are better than 99% of players. (I don't know how to source this one.) What you say is that they hate each other, I have not seen. Naniwa I believe thinks he's a better overall player than Idra currently (I personally am only low masters and don't believe that my opinion is good enough to really know who is better). I haven't heard Idra say anything about Naniwa other than commenting on his playstyle in his stream saying that its really good as long as "X" doesn't happen.(I would like the vod, but idra does not have vods enabled) I do believe that they respect each other and the alliance is a good opportunity for Idra. I heard that EG is working out paying him for a while longer while he looks for other opportunities. (http://sotg-sc2.blogspot.com/2013/05/sotg-ep93.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+State-Of-The-Game+(State+of+the+Game+Podcast)) Other players who I thought might be interested in the alliance I listed there. (mostly european players who can play multiple playstyles and have good units control. I would have added two more player KawaiiRice and State but they are not in europe.)

Since he complains about lack of skill requirement in Starcraft II, it is not likely, but It would be a pain to see him in some moba team.

It could also mean Broodwar; which while awesome probably wouldn't happen... but imagine the stream views of IdrA playing Broodwar Terran; especially after this whole incident.
