Even so, this fanclub has 1800 pages of posts. I'd say about 900 of them are posts about his mentality, and how he should work on it and be optimistic and insertrandomcriticismherethathasalreadybeensaid. Furthermore, competition has increased dramatically the last year. A lot of the good Warcraft 3 players have learned how to macro well by now and there is too much Korean talent in the scene for IdrA to have a significant change at winning a top tier tournament. I do think it's weird that IdrA seems in such bad shape lately, after having practiced so much at the Slayers House. This seems like a problem that is fixable, since many of the games he loses are a little weird. Maybe he's in the process of changing his style or he's not yet adjusted to some shift in strategies used, who knows. I think after this down period there will be another time where it -will- come together and he'll have some good placements again, but I can't really tell when that will happen. But he's not going to magically change himself and become as dominant as he was by the end of beta, when he was maybe the best player in the world. There is too much talent in the scene by now. | ||
