He didn't expect Jinro to do it, so Jinro did it! Hate to use the word "metagame" but thats what it is. Jinro wasn't doing a bunker push into the main. He was trying to force a sunken, maybe some roaches, and delay the expansion. It wasn't any form of all-in. The SCVs kept mining. Idra made the DECISION to tap out. He showed a lack of fortitude. You can't really do that in the GSL. I feel for Idra. I was rooting for him. Spawn positions really didn't help his cause, but they're the breaks..... As for the "T IS IMBA" trash..... Why have zergs won the GSL twice, while terran haven't won once. Why did a zerg win the JTV invitational? Why did a Protoss win the SCReddit tourney? I don't understand you haters.... | ||

Idra should've known that BECAUSE it was close positions, a quick bunker/marine rush was on the cards. He just assumed Jinro wouldn't and that cost him the game. | ||

Am I saying IdrA should have quit the game? No, but don't pretend like he was throwing away some good chance at a comeback or it shows some glaring mental weakness on his part. | ||

It's not impossible for Zerg to win, just less likely. With some luck IdrA could've won today. If he gets long distances on Metal and then Jinro doesn't hear the commentators and expect the 6pool he could've won. But he needed to play well on even maps AND get lucky. It's a lazy argument because most mistakes T can 'get away with' are race specific. Obviously Z and P can't get away with mistakes they can't make. Please point out some actual examples that apply to all races you think a terran can get away with that the others can't. (I'll give you one; bunkers. It pisses me off so much when i hear Jinro thanking all of his teammates in Liquid and oGs practicing with him and then I remember how u say ur main practice is from the ladder. Please manner up and make some friends so you can have some practice partners. You need more than just ret and artosis to bounce ideas off of... and neither of them play terran. God damn EG needs to hurry up and get an actual team in korea instead of just stranding idra all by himself. | ||
