Of course it has to be taken into account :O If one guy plays with top koreans, and another plays with 2nd tier NA and Demu, who should be the best? The one playing with the Koreans of course.
That being said, I hope they both come out strong again. With Idra on top of course

It's that guy from rakaka.se who does the interviews at MLG and stuff (also the guy who returned IdrA's F4 button).

when Idra was in korea training with koreans he was in code S and making ro16 each time, he qualified for every GSL when there were 3 open seasons. He was doing quiet well vs koreans lol even making it to the round of 8 and took a game off of MVP during his insane tvz reign (well when it was insanely good then and still is now) on steppes of war.

Jinro mostly played no-names in the MLG open bracket, I don't think that counts. He lost to all the good players he faced. It's unfortunate, but if so many foreigners can convincingly beat Jinro in a Bo3 while he benefits from Korean training in the same house as terrans such as TOP, Supernova and TheSTC, then you can only conclude that right now Jinro doesn't deserve to be named one of the best foreigners.

Idra also started losing a lot more ever since returning from Korea, but his decline has very different reasons. He never benefited too much from Korea, since he was just by himself practicing ladder. He didn't have too many English-speaking practice partners and the Korean scene wasn't as developed back when he was still there. Maybe it did give him some advantage, but I think it's at the very least arguable the effects were minimal. Korean players have become better than Idra as a result of the environment and Idra is still very competitive against just about all foreign players. Maybe he has lost a couple of ZvZs against Nerchio or something, but so what? You can't expect him to be dominant in all match-ups against players from different servers, and of course Idra's mechanical advantages are less pronounced now that others have had time to catch up.
Well, now I tell you, I never seen good come o' goodness yet. Him as strikes first is my fancy; dead men don't bite; them's my views--amen, so be it.

HerO don't really played that much better than IdrA. In both games, what IdrA should have done ? Build Hydras ? Or maybe Nydus worm ..."lol"

In game one, I think he just underestimated the power of the Warp prism drop. and he could use a little better base layout too. In game 2 I dunno what happened. He was in such a good position, then he just got out multitasked or something :s He should have secured the outer bases earlier, and the infestor control was kind of bad. That said, They both played really good ;o

warp prisms are going to be so beast o.o

Hydras, Infestion pit in another spot and better control.
Second game Idras Infestor control was really bad and was letting them get feedbacked... Idra played sloppily. Also he for somereason never secured his base with 5+spines.
In those game HerO played better.
