So I thought about 3+1 abilities that fit: Thoughthammer - target one unit, stun for 7 seconds, basking in Day[9]'s wisdom; then get 25-seconds buff to damage; or if enemy, deal instant heavy damage to them. Uncontrollable laughter - Day[9] is invulnerable for 20 seconds, can't attack, move, or cast spells. Disrupts any enemy spells in proximity, prevents new ones (silence), and gets speed and attack speed buff to nearby allies. Day[9] Daily (passive) - during the day adds armor and mana buff to Day[9] and nearby allies. Monobattles (ultimate) - All nearby heroes are involved in monobattles for 40 seconds. That means the first ability they cast in that period becomes their only ability for that period. If allied, they get bonuses to cooldown, dealt damage etc, making their chosen ability also more powerful.
I'd go with:
Thoughthammer - deals instant damage and slows the target for 5s while they marvel at how well they were hit Just Go Kill 'Em - Day9 charges the target and resets all cooldowns on his abilities The Most Normal Thing In The World - His abilities are so good, all friendly heroes have their cooldowns reduced by 10% Uniden - instantly throws a hammer at all nearby targets in alphabetical order.

I don't think anyone understands that he has a niche following and doesn't really appeal to the mainstream. He basically just fits this role of super pumped nerd that loves to hear his own voice and ideas.
As long as day9 is a main caster only nerds will watch. Tastosis has a lot more mainstream appeal than day9 / anyone. I can't stand day 9 at all, when he first started doing shows (sc:bw) and had maybe 100 viewers it was okay but the ego is really affecting him and he honestly thinks he is better than the pros in these tournaments. He's like secretly super insecure too and at every point must mention how much better he is than X.
0/10 You're not even trying are you?
"He basically just fits this role of super pumped nerd that loves to hear his own voice" That's how every caster should be.
"doesn't really appeal to the mainstream" He averages about 10k viewers Sun.-Thur. on an internet show with very little(if any) advertising. Literally everyone of these people found him either through word of mouth or TL
"he honestly thinks he is better than the pros in these tournaments" He probably is. He DOMINATED the foreigner scene for many years. If there was a foreigner bonjwa, then Day[9] would be it.
"He's like secretly super insecure too" Aren't we all?
I'm not dissing Tastetosis. Nick was my first sc man crush. You are just upset at Day[9] for having a different style. He is an omni-caster, whereas Tastetosis is a duo.

Why THE FUCK were you banned for that post? OMFG, that is so fucking true what you wrote. Why would you ban this dude for that post?
Have to agree.
How on earth do you ban someone for THAT post if not for the 1st one?!
Day9 fans to the rescue! It's so sad how some people admire day9 as a god and are so eager to defend him. For the record day9 doesnt hold a candle to any pro in any tournament

Intelligent people came to the rescue, before your rude interruption. For your information, Day[9] certainly could "hold a candle" to many pros in tournaments of Brood War. Out of a tournament, a good, available [so few >_<] replay was on Colosseum (II probably), top right (Day[9]) vs bottom right (G5) ZvP. Day[9] had 166 EAPM, if it matters to you at all. Rather than being some arrogant and extreme narcissist, he does openly admit that his level is well below that of top pros in SC2, which is a lot to do with practice hours. He does have a show to run, that he loves to run and wants to run for the community, as well as for his own enjoyment. Sometimes some might say he goes over the top with jokes or mad impressions or phrases (how many times have you heard "Line 'em up!"?!) and he has said that he's not really so much like that in normal life (of course!) but then he clearly enjoys doing it in the show, so it's not superficial, nor narcissistic. What's the harm in being allowed to enjoy your own work? You DID post in the Day[9] Fan Club. (◕‿◕)
Oh, for the record, cpneger doesn't hold a candle to any pro in any tournament. Let's hope he can positively contribute to the community in some way to make up for it.
Oh, Evangelist, I loved those ideas though. I've only played a bit of SotIS but they sounded like really appropriate abilities for the names!
