I made this video about some thoughts I had on why a lot of caster criticism isn't listened to. This really only scratches the surface and covers one of the aspects of receiving criticism but I felt it was an interesting topic so hopefully you do too.

At an even more basic level than caster criticism not considering the viewpoints of the various interested parties, most caster criticism isn't actionable or even meant by the criticizer to be actionable. I get why the video focuses on the criticism that has the potential to be useful, rather than the people just bitching about casters because they can though.
