For instance Bang Bang Bang the first part sounds absolutely awesome but then this complete change when the chrorus starts ruined the song for me (until I watched live performances of it, those are awesome.) The recent example which got me thinking about it was obviously the new TTS, had they kept the first part until Tiffany's weird english phrases, it could have been a great ballad but like this it's a meh mix of both. I'm sure there have been other songs this year which followed the same formula. | ||

Question for you guys, hope to spark a bit of discussion: We've had some favourite songs so here's other questions instead: Favourite album of the year? and Favourite debut of the year? Favourite album of the year: fuck this hard between Red Velvets, BTS part 1 and PSY's new album. But I think I am going with PSYs new actually. Might be a bit biased since it's newer compared to others but idk. Favourite debut of the year: Was going to The Ark but they haven't done anything since.. So going with GFriend. | ||

Favourite debut: CLC pretty easily. Awesome and fun members with great songs. The Ark runner up but can't win with only 1 song. Their dance covers are sick though looking forward to many more of those. | ||
