My friend tells me that there's a Chinese-American and a Chinese girl in f(x). Not sure who is who, but I thought that they were not bad. I wonder what they sound like live.
Here's the unofficial explanation =P Basically during a stretch of time, an artist/singer goes on Music Bank and stuff to promote whatever on their album/single or whatever via performances. When they feel like they've done enough performances, they just stop and any performances for that designated album/single is over. When they release another album/single and want to promote that via performances, that's called a comeback ^^

Yeah I don't understand it either and really dislike the boyish look its just really weird and uncomfortable to watch.
And I think G-Dragon is overrated. Auto tone much? Although his stage concepts are pretty cool / interesting.

Yeah, especially when she dances so well. It's the same feeling I got when I saw the 2pm/2am "dirty eyed girls" bit. At least wondergirls have 5 "pretty girls", even if they have one rapper. A girl that can be easily mistaken for a feminine boy is pretty iffy =/
Ewww, the unplugged remix is pretty awful in my opinion. The remix they've been performing for the last month or so was soo much better. The piano intro makes it sooooo good. R&B remix of I Don't Care is so much better than the garbage unplugged version they came out with. I'm just not a fan of it.
I thought the 2NE1 remix was pretty good. Acoustic versions have a smoother feel to them and the vocals improve so much when they don't have to dance. I was impressed with 2NE1's vocals since they turned down the BG music compared to the music shows. I like this version so much more than the R&B version since I like acoustic/unplugged > R&B for almost every song.
the chinese-american "girl" in f(x) is the one that when u see them you ask, "is that a guy?", you'll know which one. Half of the youtube comments are "amber looks like a really hot guy" Also, personally i think f(x) was a big dissapointment, too much hype and didnt follow through well

Dude, they haven't even made their debut televised performance yet. Hold your judgement until you actually see them perform live.

They haven't even technically debuted yet -_-. But I don't think anyone is going to beat G-Dragon on the music shows for a while anyways. And it seems Amber is getting quite popular because a ton of girls like her (I guess for her looks). She's probably one of the most popular in the group, if not the most popular.

I liked that remix too. Into The New World might be my favorite song from SNSD in terms of live performance. The song is upbeat, the choreography is good, and their dancing is energetic. I'm still impressed that they could get 9 girls to be so in sync with each other in a routine like that while also singing live (when they did).

In other news, KBS America is destroying all MuBank vids on Youtube.
And in other news, Tiara is a boatload of lol. Lies Pt. 1 and Lies Pt. 2 are the same song. Pretty deceiving.
This is really annoying. It's not even like foreigners have good options to watch korean shows, why ruin what we have? And yeah, I really can't tell the difference between part 1 and part 2.

Yeah, I actually thought the song was not bad. Saying that a girl is popular because of the way she looks (she looks like a dude) seems a bit strange. Why is G-dragon so popular anyway? The album was pretty good, but Heartbreaker isn't exactly the best song ever.
I usually really like acoustic covers. Except I just wasn't digging the background accompaniment in I Don't Care. I just felt that it detracted from the song quite a bit. Didn't think it fit the song either.
That being said, here's an acoustic I really enjoyed.

I think it's a combination of GD being the leader of Big Bang, his involvement in the production of some of Big Bang's hits, and k-pop domination by female idol groups over the past few months. fangirls been waiting a while to scream for someone with testosterone instead of estrogen.
I guess if you hate something, you hate something. I personally was very annoyed by "Hot Issue," but I do think 4minute's "Muzik" performance is going to get them noticed enough to win some awards after GD completes his award quotas on M Countdown and Inkigayo.

I only liked the chorus... pretty catchy actually. Didn't like the rest of the song.. it was just... meh
Supposedly Jay Park of 2PM pissed off a lot of Korean netizens because some jerk that he is friends with leaked his MySpace comments. What kind of friend would do that?
Jay's statement
UPDATE: JAY'S APOLOGY
Hello everyone this is 2PM’s Park Jaebum. I would like to apologize on behalf of the comments I had made through Myspace a few years ago. I’m sorry.
As I tell all of you about how I felt that time, I also would like to apologize. In January of 2005, I came to Korea as a high school student. I was born in the States and I had insufficient knowledge of how Korea is. Being it my first time, I couldn’t communicate with others, my taste buds didn’t fit, and I barely knew the culture which I couldn’t understand.
I felt as though I was treated coldly by the people around me as my family was left in the States. It was such a difficult situation where I didn’t even know if I was going to debut. Due to many hardships, things were getting too hard and I was getting lonely being homesick. I had the thoughts of quitting and I wanted to go back to my family in the States. The comment based on the Korea part: I wrote that because of my personal situation I was placed in and my emotions took over. I was too young and said things in the wrong words. I was too foolish, young, and facing difficulties where I made the mistake into turning my surroundings worse. Time passed by and I forgot that I had even written them. I am now embarrassed and truly sorry of those comments I had made. After that time, I had adjusted to everything and my thoughts have changed tremendously as I thank the people around me to get me to perform on stage in any situation. Those comments were made four years ago, but I am a different person now. To my family, Hottests, members of 2PM, and those who love 2PM, I am truly sorry. From now on, I hope that there will be no mistakes like this ever again. I will say it one more time that I am truly sorry.

My opinion:
It's not a really a big deal in my eyes since I was born in America. This is how teenage guys talk and I dunno how teenage Korean guys talk, but this is normal to hear when you're at an American school. The word "gay" is just slang that is thrown around. It's true what he said during his trainee days and who wouldn't say things that they don't mean when you're constantly practicing your vocals, working out, practice dancing, etc? Not to mention sometimes you lose sleep because the trainee program is pretty rigorous depending on what their debut date is.
