I'm not so sure that its fake. The background is too similar to one of her first videos when she sang The Climb. It's a small chance that its coincidental, but I wouldn't count on it.

possibly, although the damage has been done. actually, korean portal sites still havent picked up any of this news at all, so maybe if ailees company performs some magic in the next couple of hours and makes all the photos go away, ailee may survive
maybe not much but ;_; in the video timestamped theres like a white gas pipe thingy running down next to her door but its not there in the leaked pictures...so maybe just a lookalike? the door also looks different
When she shifts her head you can see the same heater/fan that in the pictures. The pictures are also taken in a near similar fashion to how her videos were taken so more than likely used the same webcam.

coerced how? doesnt really make a difference anyway and nudes are arguably worse than sextapes. people having sex is nothing big, everyone does it. some douche wanted to make quick money so made a secret tape and baek ji young was the victim. nudes however only get leaked if youre stupid enough to leak it so...not to mention ailee is still quite young and im guessing the nudes are actually from when she was a minor. ded ailee rip

Yeah, it does look different, I think its just a trim though, those are easily installed. Although the the light switch seems to be missing in the videos from the pictures.

What is put on the internet, stays on the internet... even magic is no exception to this case.
Actually, I think it depends on the country that the complaint is made in... in Korea, I think it's definitely punishable, but if it's in the US, I don't know. I looked it up, and it seems like there have been cases where, when the victim knew about the pictures and the person who spread the pictures didn't do it for money or commercial reasons, it was deemed legal, because the photos were 'property' of the person who took the pictures. Rather sickening in my opinion...
isnt there something like "with the intention to cause harm etc" if she did only give them to an ex-bf, unless he was hacked, he posted the pictures online purposely to spite her and try to ruin her career... zzz such a horrible person
did everyone find this news out from allkpop? honestly wouldnt surprise me if allkpop was the source to the leak lol. that site is home to some stupid people seriously, and the fact that korean sites havent picked this up at all yet when allkpop has (normally the other way around), seems sus
