Symptoms is amazing, I really wish they would just promote this, it is just too sick. I imagine they will atleast have this be their 2nd song on music shows, though I heard they were gonna promote till the end of the year so I will keep my hopes up that they will make it a 2nd promotional track after Everybody is done.
Title track Everybody
Pretty mixed feelings on it and I imagine many others will feel the same way or just straight up not like it. The "Everybody" part is catchy as hell so atleast it has that going for it, but I do not like the dubstep stuff. Also it doesn't showcase their singing well enough, but this choreo is pretty insane so I guess there isn't the best chance to showoff with singing. Some of the choreo seems kinda weird/wacky but it's overall intense and difficult so I'm ok with that. Gonna give the song a chance though!
Yes, very disappointed by the title track, especially considering how awesome Symptoms is. I guess this is the third SHINee album in a row where the title track is the worst track to me.
Symptoms is probably my favorite song of the year, or atleast top 3, so it more than makes up for anything else. Everybody has grown on me already, it's just too catchy. A better view of the choreography can be found in this fancam
Very cool stuff actually. Can't wait to see how they pull it off with live singing.

Do you guys prefer Jaejong's or Junsu's voice? As a music noob I'm just gonna say that Junsu feels a lot more technical and probably has that WoW effect but after listening to more of their stuff recently I gotta say there's something special about Jaejong's. I absolutely love his parts in "In Heaven" & Sunkyunkwan scandal OST. Yoochun and Yunho feel a little underwhelming compared to the others but they're still much better than anyone in Suju (cept maybe Yesung) or your average idol. But jaejoong, Junsu and Changmin are the bomb.
I mean I guess I'm kinda a Junsu fanboy so I like his singing more than Jaejoong, but it's close. Junsu can definitely do more things with his voice and he has more parts that are like "holy shit" but I think Jaejoong has a smoother voice and there are some great Jaejoong heavy songs such as + Show Spoiler +
best 3 minute ballad ever
So I prefer Junsu but they both dominate and get it done in their own way I think. Junsu/Jaejoong is my favorite harmony though for sure, their voices go together so well. But they are all the best when they are singing together. :3
Good news is that Jaejoong's album this month isn't going to be more rock oriented like the last one so I think it could turn out really good. The rock stuff he did wasn't bad but I think this new album will fit him better.

Sounds like an awesome album!
lol I'm not sure when they will release something else after releasing so much this year. Hopefully they keep going strong with the releases though. But yeah 떠나지 못해 is amazing and I think with how the 3rd album repackage added 2 more ballads (Selene 6.23 and Better Off) to the overall album it really pushed the album over the top. All it had been missing were ballads until the repackage so The Misconception of Us definitely ended up as a very complete album and my favorite of the year.
Why did I fall in love with you is probably one of my all time fav songs.I get goosebumps sometimes, jaejoong voice just blows me away. Like so much emotion in that perf.
Yeah a combination of how they sing it and the lyrics I find to be really really good too. Its got everything. True masterpiece.

the way i see it is this: they had like 3 good songs while they were 6, which leaves the other 15 to be mediocre at best. then, the managment did a whole bunch of stupid shit and the negative effects were projected onto the new members (at least by some people). then, the managment did even more stupid shit and drama, all new members left and now you might have the same mediocre kpop group with at least 2 members that noone cares about and the same old shitty managment
I tried to snoop around his Twitter for reactions, but holy crap is he cringeworthy.
This whole thing is a really lame excuse. "I will try to renew my contract with KARA but not DSP"... girl you've been in the business too long to know how dumb that sounds.

Why is that dumb? Other group had done it before aswell ....

Even if I'm wrong (which I often am), it just sounds like a cop out on her part anyway, trying to save face with the fanbase.
It is more like DSP trying to make Nicole looks bad, nothing had been official when they announced the news and DSP assuming she will leave the group which did make the fans to be angry towards her. I cant see thats an excuse from Nicole.

you sound like you got into kpop in 2011 or smth I'm just going to reiterate something about Absolute First whooshing over your head, because if you didn't enjoy that album, you probably don't like a lot of tracks in this genre overall.
A lot of people were already pretty meh about hwayoung joining back in 2010, and the bad management pr didn't happen until late 2011/early 2012 when they were dying from performing too much.
2009-early 2010 was the best era of T-ara, and fans keep expecting another Braking Hart/Absolute First to pop out. With the group back to the original 6 and barring the integration of Dani, hopefully it might happen again. But then again, probably not.
really, 2008-2010 were the best years of kpop r i p
