And even if it hadn't been posted why would you post it? Isn't the general sentiment around here that we're bored of seeing Gangnam Style. I am at least....
Probably they usually don't visit this thread very often and are just dropping by to drop off those parodies etc :X
One more day(?) until Pandora rawr. I want to listen so badly >.<
lol, i had refrained from wathcing this because i thought it would be awkward...didnt think there would be that much cheering for him at a baseball stadium, thats pretty cool.
Also secret bringing the next best wave in kpop? After sistar naturally.
I'm still amazed by how popular it is now that he even gets recognized in the US. Seeing positive crowd reaction is just wow as well. It's probably because I remember that paparazzi video of Yoona and Taeyeon walking in NY after Letterman and someone asking who they are. Or when they all visited a club in NY and were just treated normally.

Could you please give a link to said event(in the club)? I would be really interested in seeing more Taengoo and Yoona.

The Bing Bing music video only has 9,739 views, I knew Crayon Pop was "small" but that is a shameful number. I didn't realize we were being that hipster-ish.

Psy walking around, or in the club would get the same reaction. You'd literally have to point it out for people to notice, and even then Psy and GG aren't even that popular enough state side.
Being a hipster would imply liking something specifically to appear "hip", liking a bunch of cute, young girls who sing and dance well doesn't really qualify. At least I know what my motivation is.

Ferrari sold 7,195 cars last year. And I think it's fair to say a lot more people know of them. So we're a very exclusive club.

Maybe, but if someone introduced Psy in a club while Gangnam Style is playing in the background...

the larger companies use scripts to artificially boost their views on yt as well, wouldn't be surprised to suddenly see that view count inflate with no correlation to popularity.
have I mentioned how much I hate the word hipster?

like a country club, so we have prestige
except to join you just need a TL account
It all makes sense now. The reason we're getting so much hate is none other than sour grapes.
Of course we get to dine on sweet grapes. There's probably a joke in there somewhere but I'm going to ignore it :X

Also this. Youtube view counts are just downright terrible. Crayon Pop is probably somewhat well-known in Korea, and obviously not that well-known outside of Korea in general.
And andyrau I was actually going to bring up your description of the word hipster rofl, found it to be pretty true.
