not like that kind of on/off but like the kind of idol who looks amazingly hot (like god tier or demigod tier) in some pictures and in other pictures you wouldn't touch her with a 10 foot pole
i feel like seohyun is one of mine like wow she looks adorable in the last picture but i know earlier i was lookin at some pictures and i was like why do i like her again

This on/off question is really hard. I feel as if to attain god tier level of hotness, consistency is key and therefore isn't a on/off thing... Know what I mean ?

So, if you would tone it down to just "sometimes hot" and "sometimes really not interesting and/or attractive", I think I would then pick Jiyeon.

Hyomin. Bora. Jaekyung. Jessica. Seohyun.

Though with the exception of Hyomin/Jaekyung I don't think godtier as you describe when hot, just that their hot/not hot levels fluctuate. But Hyomin for me is really weird cause especially when taking selcas and shit she comes off looking hot as hell but catch the wrong angles and her eyes look weird and her chin enormous.

Probably a few more I'm forgetting about.

HyunA is a weird one for me. I feel like she doesn't quite fit this description because even when I think she's cute I still think her face looks weird/not really pretty. But in videos and stuff she looks really cute/hot. So it's not like she ever looks really good, just that somehow she always looks good without actually looking good, if that somehow makes sense.

I would have to say SNSD's Jessica & Seohyun + Hyuna (in some pictures her face really looks weird and unappealing, but most of the time she's really hot). I feel like I am forgetting an important one though...

Soyu fits for me, but Hyorin isn't inconsistent, as in hot then not hot, she's just always at the borderline of being hot and just average for me. Consistently at that point I should say.

The only person I can think of right now is Hyorin. In the promotion pics for Loving U she looks like she is Nikki Minaj and it just looks horrible.. Then other pictures, especially ones from Loving U perfs she is like holy balls hot.
