IU dubbed the voice of cute and sentimental voice of Sammy’s granddaughter, Ella. Despite it being her first time taking part in a dubbing project, she surprised the public by displaying a voice that perfectly fits the character.

HomePlus is a South Korean/British discount store retail chain jointly owned by Samsung and Tesco with 113 branches throughout South Korea. They are the second largest retailer in South Korea! So yeah, IU is kinda a a big deal.

Thoughts on some discussions recently in KMD

There were some discussions recently that I would have liked to be apart of, but I guess I banned myself in the first place because I needed the time I would have otherwise spent in those discussions. That being said, I'll just leave a couple thoughts here. Firstly, I applaud all of you who participated in the ass discussion, a very worthy cause. I also cant help but to comment on Firehands almost kafkaesque admission of his love for Kpop, even though it was creepy and he did sound like a 14 year old girl holding something in for that long will cause such results. Lastly I recall someone quite recently saying that IU wasn't pure, while I would usually demand said persons head on a platter I would like to give him a chance to support his claims. I am a rational man and would like to see such evidence brought to light in the case that I need to re-evaluate my idolatry of our Lee Ji Eun.

It was only recently that I had to switch to a 3G connection though. Actually it's a lot better than I expected, for some reason this connection isn't too slow. Loading big pictures takes a while but the pages load quickly enough.

Unfortunately the blogs are neither epic nor emotional (also ridiculously long), just about a trip to China. Only annoying thing is lack of youtube because I can't watch any of the videos posted (vimeo is blocked too, ironically enough; check out the chrome extension youtube unblocker for you german guys iirc) but it's not too bad. Well there's also the fact that I will have to stay longer than planned thanks to a pneumothorax recurrence ;___; BUT on the bright side, a lot of free time to post on TL as I'm recovering~ btdubs this is essentially the tl;dr in case you get an aneurysm from seeing the walls and walls of text (might only be the latest blog that's THAT long though).

Hope they play some kpawp for the GSL semis today. SO PUMPED. I do have work so it's workworkwork (and TL breaks) until then, and when it's finally time BAM GSL SEMIS LET'S GO.

I mean...IU is my bias.

Jiyoung's solo, Wanna Do, from the KARASIA concert. Is that a new single by herself or is it a cover of another? I just finished the concert and I think that was one of the best parts of it. That and the acoustic melody of Umbrella, Whisper, and Mister. I'm counting on you TuElite! :D

Solos. All 5 of them will appear as performed. All 5 solos are going to make-up one "mini" album. That album will also include a 2012 version of GoGo Summer and a DVD including MVs and whatnot, maybe performances too of all 5 solos. September 5th is the date for the release of the Japanese version of said album. And as I said I do not know the release date for the Korean versions nor how it will be packaged and sold in Korea. It'll probably be around the same period of time and the package might be the same or maybe the solos will be on a full album with new songs and their next single (comeback song).

I will let the thread now when more info is being released as I plan to give away some of those albums if everything goes right.

Wow, a full album? Get hyped for BoA!!! I hope I won't be disappointed, but I doubt it. It's fucking BoA back after wayyy too long of an absence and the teaser looks good.

Yeah, we have more than 90% of yt stuff blocked as well. Kinda sucks, since they're official releases and everything.
I personally use http://www.unblockyoutube.co.uk/ since I'm a FF guy (and I somehow cba to install the Stealthy plugin).
But as long as there are those options it's doable.
