and those were me trying to defend snsd like an 8 y/o like my very first post here, but people like GTR, roffles(along with waffles, ruffles, whatever), morningmusume, mr. hoon, etc showed me the light, the TL posting standards, the way of the KMD. | ||

First off that picture of silverfire, AG, and I is the product of long minutes searching in between games. Do you know how hard it is to find one Asian guy in a crowd of 500+ people? I do now, and lemme tell ya, it was friggin worth it. Also silverfire's face when we told him who we were was bestest. For all those that could possibly remember, AG is exactly as you would imagine as he would be in real life. His passion for kpop (and certain individuals in kpop) is unparalleled and infectious in real life. Some people would shy away from talking in real life about watching younger girls sing and dance in languages they don't understand, but not AG, he'll talk your ear off about it. Even real life friends of his know his passion for Hyuna. If there was any KMD member who would feel right at home shooting back beers and talking kpop, it's AG. Cheers to you bro, never change. This might sound strange after a paragraph talking about AG, but I think KMD and its members "back then" was more grounded. When I think back to that time, I imagine people sitting around talking about kpop. When I think about KMD now, I feel like posters now are a little more fanatical about kpop and their idols. I mean, back then we never had a warning to not post creepy sex dreams, and that's because we sure as hell didn't need it. Don't get me wrong. Showing passion and love for idols and going a little nuts over every picture/MV/public appearance isn't always a bad thing (although sex dreams is definitely crossing that line) it's just a different thread for different people. KMD hasn't gotten worse, it's changed, and that's ok, but it won't stop us old timers from remembering what it used to be. | ||
