From Big Bang, I only really liked the song that wasn't a ballad (Fantastic Baby). I started listening to a solo female artist (Ailee) - never did that before. I disliked a GsD song - who thought that'd ever happen. Miss A comeback blowed. And something good comes out of SNSD. I hope A Pink and Secret comebacks restore order in my world of Kpop (i.e. don't disappoint). | ||

Sistar was ok enough, Lyn was nice Ailee's song got boring after the 3rd time I heard it but her IS2 stuff was awesome SNSD put out something decent(2 songs) BAP was alright, Block B didn't suck, that was surprising Shinhwa's comeback(Fyeaaaah!) was cool but best track only saw stage performances a couple times and other good tracks on the album didn't, could have been better December is back too bad song wasn't good Han Soa's new album was very nice I've listed enough I think most of the other stuff was either a catchy thing that I forgot over time(Miss A) or just plain awful(4Minute, Girl's Day), CNBlue and FT did their I sound the same as the last album but worse thing. Last but not least Big Bang, I guess now they can put out anything regardless of quality and it will be well received based on their previous merits. | ||

Top 5 girl group, maybe, I am not informed enough about numbers and stuff to draw an actual conclusion. And definitely don't want to start another list spam of who thinks are the most popular girl groups. However what I do know is, is that their popularity in Japan is no joke, whereas in Korea I still have my doubts. The concert in Korea with all the empty seats comes to mind, not sure how real that was though. They are a group that debuted quite a while ago, that should be taken in consideration as well. Anyway, the point I was trying to make wasn't about Kara's popularity. But disagreeing that HSY alone was the cause of their succes. | ||
