Then again as far as Kpop goes, I've always thought that catchiness > actual song quality, so it kinda works out for me. It's a matter of perspective though. Actually it makes a really good alarm, because it starts off with your regular repetitive alarm sound, then gets louder and changes the sound slightly, and there are no vocals at the start.
