The pimp cars, the race queen outfits, and the choreo really clash with the somewhat sweet sounding nature of the song. Not that I'm going to complain about seeing dem Hyorin legs.
S waves are good, song itself sucks, I mean really?That background clapping/clicking(or whatever the hell that is) noise is just tearing up my ears. Without the background noise it could be decent/good.
Yeah, not a lot of people can work the "We will Rock You"-esque drum and clap beat. But Hyorin comes pretty close in selling it to me.
Song is average. It's not aggressively bad, like Pink Rocket and the annoying bubble songs, but it's not catchy either. Dem legs make the MV work though.
sistars song is great and its pretty obvious the people who don't like the song are the people who aren't fans of the rnb/hip hop style type songs. i'd choose that song over the cutesy pedo type songs from groups like girls day, chi chi, dal shabet, secret, snsd and etc any day.
the chorus for miss a song is so dayum catchy. bridge is pretty bad though. it's definitely one of the better english songs i've heard from idols.

lol i always thought they said "im so fat" and "im so short" instead of fast and sure but i knew someone would find it offensive.. pretty funny stuff i always have a blast listening to these kind of videos, just like the gee one
haha that was hilarious. For those who took offense to it, there are parodies of english songs as well. It's the subtitles that make you "read" the lyrics differently.
The subtitles just make you read into what they are saying and hearing stuff that is not really there.
as far as the sistar 19 release, I am pretty disappointed in it. I want the backing track from the teaser. Don't get me wrong I find that both the music video and the song are alright to good in level but the sum of the parts don't add up.

That's not my problem with it, my problem is that the song is boring. They don't do anything aggressively bad, but nothing about it really stands out either. The singing is fine and the beat is fine, it's just lyrically and musically simple...there's nothing there that really makes it stand out as a really great song or anything.

I think it's because the chorus sounds the same the whole song.. like, there's no high point in the song where you raise the notes a bit and throw in an adlib of some sort..

Seems like Sistar19 got the short end of the sampling stick. The drum is a bit flatulent and the claps are a lot flatter sounding than Shinee's. Wonder what happened between the time of production for Brave Girl's You Know and Sistar19's Ma Boy.

even if you repeat some words over and over but still have some complexity in the notes, transitions, instrumentals and other stuff, it can still be potentially good.
but of course simple is good too... I'm not saying the Sistar19 song is bad.. I just don't think it's sooo goood like other people say it is.
