It's ill advised for individuals still going through growths, but it's perfectly legal, requires consent. - From a guardian, I mean. Rapey rhinoplasty is quite illegal.
I'm trying to build up a Korean ballad playlist as I try to move into a more... in depth appreciation of Korean music. So I've started with the SNSD's discography so far; there's some good songs in here that a lot of people don't know (especially them haters) because they didn't promote them and never sang them live (at least I couldn't find via youtube). I found this song (7989) and I'm pretty surprised it was only mentioned once in this entire thread, not even a video. I'm really enjoying it and I was listening it today while walking home (weather is getting nice in Toronto) and it was just so damn good coupled with the atmosphere of today.
I wish that SM will have Taeyeon release an album on her own filled with ballads. I also wish that Jessica and Tiffany sing more stuff on their own too. I know they're not as good as Taeyeon, but they're damn good singers too.
I'm using the search function, but it's pretty time consuming to go through all 2000 pages looking for songs; I've spent maybe 3 hours (because often I'm working and didn't actually listen to the song) looking through SNSD. As such, I would like to ask for suggestions for ballad songs to add to the playlist; from all artists.
I don't have any songs or artists in mind; I really don't know much about Korean music outside of idols, especially ones that debuted recently since I only recently started listening to Korean music. I just want to get a giant list of Korean ballads. I enjoy ballads the most out of any type of music.

Baek yi young. See ya has alot of good ballads. Younha Joo. Davichi also has some very good ballads. (''I hate you because I love you'' comes to mind)
Maybe not what you are looking for, perhaps someone else can really help you, but I like those artists atleast, they make alot of ballets. You could say some of them are Idols though, so you should know them.
Search through OST's of various korean dramas too, there are alot of OSTs sung by various of your favorite idol artists I think.(Krystal and Luna did some for example)
Ow, and do you mind male singers?Because we all know male kpop is not truly kpop.
I rarely listen to male kpop, it's waaaay too effeminate for me. I know barely any male idols. All I know is Big Bang and 2AM and 2PM. 2PM is so effeminate now; I liked Again and Again though. My cousin suggested CNBlue, I'm going to listen to their songs tommorow when I'm done going through Big Bang tonight. Honestly, I don't know much about Kpop except from stuff from the last two months and maybe some songs from the past from groups I really like; SNSD or Big Bang for example.
With that being said, I would like to listen to male singers. Doesn't really matter if they're really effeminate to be honest, it's just holding me back because I feel so gay. Shouldn't be judging from that though. 80% of my Chinese music are from males anyways, but then again they ain't as effeminate as the korean singers.

If it's non-girly, pure manly ballad singing, might I suggest the collab between 8eight's Lee Hyun, a solo act you might want to take a shot with, and 2AM's Changmin, titled I Was Able to Eat Well. It's quite void of the estrogenital afflictions you find Korean male balladeers to be plagued with, this ballad has so much pure androgyn, roid raging, fist in face virility.
Unrelated note: Nana and Riji only track, nope.
- Also, true example of unbridled manliness, Wheesung. This nigh unflappable boss of a testicular fortified, ballad singer can sing ballads while aptly dodging drop kicks.
