I think they looked more similar when they debuted but as they as they got older I think actually now Yuri and Seohyun are harder to tell apart because seohyun ditched the bangs. And like others said yuri is darker than yoona. She got more tanned as time went by. An easy way is to look at their eyes. Yoona has really pronounced lines under hers that are accentuated by her baby fat. You can see it in the picture Ilikestarcraft posted and the ones below.
