i dont know who they are. kara and SNSD dont qualify as "teenybopper". theyre big enough for won bins mom to know them. and the korean industry is small enough for everyone to know everything about everyone. pretty evident if uve watched any of their variety shows..
While they may know everyone, I doubt they know everything about them...think about it...there's hundreds if not thousands of people in the Korean entertainment industry...among the people you know, do you know hundreds of people extremely well? And even if they did, would you feel comfortable if someone asked you about something extremely personal about some of them? It's a dumb question.
Yeah I agree with him when you're a trendy teenager you know all the gossips about pop idols but any +30 years old person like WonBin, even if he works in the showbiz industry, probably won't know shit about them, unless he's into it for pedo purposes. I seriously doubt his mom knows who KARA is. And at the end it's just an industry so half the things that occur there are faked or artificial, aka there are not as many gossip as you'd wish. And also the question was totally out of place, but that's what you get for being famous in the entertainment industry. You thought being an actor was easy? Well I'TS NOT!
Anyways the core idea is that contrary to your belief not everyone knows about pop, no matter how big it is or which country it is. It is just an industry after all.

how could jason not see her at all during the weeks(probably months required) to lose the weight? She looks like she's 100-110 in the vid that means she lost... 60-70 pounds. At a healthy rate of 2 pounds per week it would've have taken half a year at best. It would've been much better if it was a gradual weight loss throughout the season.. Guess they want to hype IU as much as possible.

Yeah, I think what he was trying to say is that it seems unreasonable that he didn't see her for the past 200 days and only seems to realize that she lost weight after her diet is done.
