I wouldn't know of this film if not for this tread on TL. Overhyped?... Yeah, probably for Filmnerds, the normal person has herad way less of this than of Titanic or the movie your favorite TV-Station will show next friday evening... | ||

In terms of awareness, Avatar is a new movie with no prior book so of course its going be less known.
