Plus, the game and the anime put emphasis on completely different parts which gives the same story a completely different experience. Memories already was one of my favorite anime of all time, but after playing the VN, it easily hits #1 regularly (favorites always fluctuate of course). Yeah man, I love all of the characters, but the weight of the stories don't even compare. | ||

Protagonist actually isn't a useless, pathetic weakling who can't do anything, which I'm pretty happy about. My only problem so far is that people don't die when they are killed! I was so confused/annoyed when the war suddenly became an obstacle course with commentary. Wars that involve no injuries or deaths makes this show seem waaaay too child friendly. I really hope an antagonist appears that will actually *gasp* kill someone and the plot develops from there. Also: chocobos. I don't care whatever they called it. Those are chocobos. | ||
