Yes, I'm implying that there is a very fine line between cartoons and anime. No, its not "cartoony", its "manga-ish". Plus, I think it goes well with the style of the anime itself.
Personally, I'd take New Getter's art style over trash like Lucky Star, or CLAMP noodle people, or big eyed abominations like in Kanon/Clannad.

It's not key anime w/o those factors imo. I expect different Art for different Genre.

Regardless, this show is way too fucking awesome. After watching ep 8, I looked in the mirror. And just watching that ep made a bunch of hair grow on my chest and face. I now have a manly beard and epic chest hair.

As manly as that is, I don't want Chest Hair >.< I won't mind a beard of Guan Yu's length though

I wouldn't watch that then, when I watch Clannad I satisfy the effeminate side of me

No, it'd be awesome. Just watching Getter Robo turned me from "nerdy otaku" to "biggest baller in town."

which reminds me, I love my signature Quote "Tenkafubu"-Oda Nobunaga but I thought about changing it to something like "Tenkafumoe" for the sake of my anime hobby
Edit: Tenkafubu means to Rule the world with a sword. so like wise Tenkafumoe would mean to rule the world with moe

The Umineko anime is very bad, while the VN is good.

Then what is Southlight's "decent?"

Southlight is by far harsher than I am when it comes to giving praises (or rather, complaints).
and Umineko anime is just really bad in comparison to the VN, ep3 and 4's best parts pretty much got completely stripped down and we were given none of the completely awesome materials.

I probably will pick up the VN again, after all I am kinda out right now, I've cleared most of the characters of Sekai Seifuku Kanojo, and Full cleared Seinarukana already.

Hop on the Eushully bandwagon when Alchemy comes out. After all, they are the last bastion of SLG games
