Seriously, who gives a shit. Lots of awful work gets gobbled up in all forms of media. I know what I like and don't like and why, and that's good enough for me. I can't be arsed to worry about everyone else. Getting worked up over other people's tastes is just a waste of effort.

Calling it a "blatant Berserk ripoff" is a real stretch. The only thing the two have in common is grimdark stuff and a general fantasy setting. There are plenty of reasons to dislike the work, but being a ripoff isn't one of em.

Berserk is 5% Gore, 20% Story 75% Boat. :^)
The violence in Berserk serve a purpose in regards to the story unlike Goblin Slayer that just throws in rape right left and center for no reason other than the cheap shock value which is made even worse by the fact it devolves into a more traditional shounen manga as it progress. It's so lazy writing it makes me go all "REEEEE", I really like the concept but it's execution just feels so meh.

In general I despise the gore/ultra violence genre so its not so much that I dislike Goblin Slayer but the genre as a whole.
Berserk transcends that though as its just good (and even then I got tired of some aspects of it that felt more like *your regularly scheduled shock thing* rather then organic).

The marvelous GOAT that is Keijo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! doesn't try to hide it, it embraces it to the point it's basically a caricature. It's truly a master piece.

Keijo was so bad, it was marvelous. I loved it and even followed the manga after the anime. Forget everyone else who couldn't love Keijo. That is culture right there. Some of y'all need to get some.
EDIT: I hope Zombieland Saga becomes the new Keijo. It looks headed in that direction.

I watched 5 minutes of Keijo and had to stop. It was that bad! :O Didn't know so many here have shit taste whelp... On that note, I have yet to even bother with Goblin Slayer but if it's like Keijo, that's -1 from this season ~
