haha well, I gave FMP 6-7 episodes. Most would've dropped by 3. As for Monogatari, I still plan to watch it fully (bake at least) but from the 3 episodes I watched, it wasn't anything special. I've seen much cooler characters in other anime.
Well Koyomi isn't exactly a cool character and crab is hit or miss depending on your predilections. She does get some good stuff at the end of the season though that a lot of people love.

you completely missed my point. Most give a show 2-3 episodes before they drop if they don't like it. I doubled the usual and still didn't feel it was to my liking. Aka, it got a fair treatment. Will I try it again in the near future? sure, why not but that's after I've went through the list of shows I want to watch first.

On the episode: Honestly didn't think it would take THIS long for the new characters to get introduced. I would have assumed something around ep3-5 for an introduction. Let's see how this will turn out. They already have every other character pretty much established at this point so maybe this does work out with the little time they have.
Man that last fight in Kizumonogatari was crazy. I mean the nature of the fight and how it was written in the novel dictated it but the animated version was fitting.
