Ergo Proxy has probably the most fascinating post-apocalyptic/dystopian setting and corresponding atmosphere in all of anime. Enjoy.

lol, kind of. I didn't mind her that much but she certainly felt out of place. Or rather I got the feeling they just put her in to appeal to the moe audience which is obviously a silly idea. The only reason EP isn't better than Texhnolyze is ep15+19 btw. Especially 19. Fuck that shit.

Episode 15 masks how good Episode 14 is, but I don't mind it because it's cursory to the plot/themes of the show and is obviously just done to fill up space/time.
Episode 19 is about Pino and tries to do something with the show's themes/plot but does nothing.
Clearly Pino is the real problem here.
Also I saw you put Xam'd on your PTW. Go watch it! I'm still rekt by the ending and now need something doki doki to heal my soul.

+ Show Spoiler +What through me off the most was that they tried to tie in these filler episodes into the story. That made absolutely no sense and destroyed the integrity of the setting in some areas. For example, everyone in the city was able to watch "the broadcast" of what happened in the middle of nowhere. It was already established that they had no means of communication. Having a broadcast from a desolate area of the planet totally destroys the sense of desolation and isolation/remoteness. At least it did for me and that's a major crime in a show that's carried by its atmosphere to a significant degree.
If they didn't try to tie in the fillers you could just skip them.
And yes, I put Xam'd on. I don't know when I'm going to watch it because I'm playing TToN atm. I also started Kaze no Shoujo Emily a few days ago and I would like to finish that one first. I should probably finish Honey&Clover, too, which I started about 3 month ago... Atm. I don't feel like doing so, though.

this? Sounds like some mini-LN to me (well, ミニ文庫) and it does specify that it's a short story written by the two authors about Rem (first name mentioned lol), Emilya and Aqua going to their worlds and having a talk about it.
Honestly, it doesn't look like this "mini-LN" is the size of what we know from stuff like the NGNL extras.... which was like what, 10-20 pages if at all... can't remember been some time. But rather looks like a, maybe slightly on the small side of things but still "normal" LN/bunko to me. Just looking at the picture above.
