Bungou Stray Dogs S2 is out. Very good. Nanbaka is interesting enough. And there's Keijo of course. Other than that I agree. Not much going on anime wise.

I wouldn't cast my final judgement on the season quite yet. It has just started afterall. However, right now there isn't any show that seems to be something special, something that might save 2016. As of right now, it seems like every other season this year, except summer which was terrible: A couple of decent shows but not much else. As a whole this year has been rather disappointing. So far, there hasn't been a single show I would call "very good" (a couple just fell short of this hurdle)... bleh

yeahyeah, this season also has Miss Bernado-san and Classicaloids, which are saving literature and music respectively. Keijo is either saving anime or sports. Or maybe both.

I'd rather have an anime that is actually brilliant enough to save something for real instead of terrible shit that makes everything worse aside from being material for some jokes.

Bernado-san is indeed a show to create memes. Waiting for the first "90 % of x is shit because 90 % of everything is shit" memes. This quote is so universally usable, lol.

All Out was ok I guess. You don't learn/improve that easily but I guess they showed how important mindset is. And he used trickery so they kind redeemed themselves with that.

Flip Flappers was ok. The drama was meh but whatever, seems like the introduction is done and they are heading to the real stuff now, whatever that is.

I think technically it's Working - The Beta. If I remember correctly, this cast was the first one that was in the web comic that came before the four-panel comic that manga/first anime were based on.

I could be wrong, though. (Wikipedia has been known to lie, and I can't read Takatsu Karino's website because Japanese.

Takanashi is the protagonist in Working!! "dog" group, the first anime series.
Daisuke is the protagonist in Working!! "cat" group, the web-comic and current anime series.
