Including one of the best selling anime in all history, Gundam SEED Destiny.

Sorry, I never really watched gundam and was just curious. Had that rant from the guy in my head about how a woman dares to write a gundam review from a month ago. Figured women don't watch it from that lol

do you guys know of any really good AMV's ? Ive been on a kick of trying to find some really good ones lately...wanted to see what your favorites were

There is only one really godly one that I've seen. But it imo is beyond amazing and sooooooooooooo good. #1 amv. I literally know of 0 other AMV's because everything else I checked out looked gay / bad. This is edited super well imo. Even better than those Linken Park DBZ AMV's I liked when I was a child. And that's with nostalgia factor. + Show Spoiler +

I'm surprised that AMV barely has any views.

That's a very good AMV, using some very great anime. (Amazing way to work in a lot of GDM from a relatively short sequence in the actual anime.)
I remember enjoying this one when I was younger (and it's a bit old; 4:3.) + Show Spoiler + Then too, I really like this one, of a similar vintage, and not only because I watched the guy spend hours putting it together using a video toaster. (Took me a minute to find a video that actually included his overlay at the beginning.) + Show Spoiler + Some of his other videos are pretty good, but that could just be me. (And all of them are old - I don't know if he's still making them, although I assure you he's still watching anime.)

+ Show Spoiler [Sakurako 6] +The moment they said the diamond was synthetic, I knew. ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/0sPe4LL.jpg) I can't figure out why they dedicated an entire episode to Yuriko. Her appearances in the show so far can be summed up as "shitty death sidekick". Either someone close to her dies, or she somehow gets caught up in some death discovered by Shoutarou/Sakurako and she contributes in a tangential way. Maybe her entire purpose is to be eyecandy. She'll probably end up being the potential victim in the last case or something. The teacher got a lot of screentime, which was strange. I assume this isn't a one-off, and he's actually going to be somewhat important? He's flippant, but seems too compassionate to be the main villain. So I dunno what his purpose is. The fireworks scene was confusing. Shoutarou gravitates to Sakurako, which is expected. But then Yuriko ignores this? And then she proceeds to make plans with her other friends (who she ditched earlier, funnily enough)? Couple that with the teacher stuff and things are looking real weird for her.

huh, i always thought it was kira x lacus since they're the ones who showed up on top 10 characters on newtype magazine for a decade straight oh and winning that animage character award for like 4 straight years.
I don't doubt that there were fujoshi that liked gundam seed, but i'd wager that it was just a generally liked show all around by audience from every demographic. It was even on primetime so a lot of people could watch it

+ Show Spoiler +Yeah that episode was really weird in terms of character development. As for Yuriko, I guess they need an innocent cutie beside the gorgeous Sakurako to appeal to both audiences or so... The last few episodes have underlined that they are aiming for some parenthetical fanservice instead of throwing it in ones face. As for the teacher... I don't know but yes, it feels like they hint at them (Yuriko+Teacher) becoming some kind of couple.
Overall I though the episode was quite boring and pointless. I dunno, maybe it's setting up for something "better".
