I don't really dabble in the finer details of FSN, so I can't really judge the character :/. As for the quote, I'm very well aware of the idiom (it's quite frequent in japanese fiction in general anyway), that's just the first thing that came to mind that I know would allow me to hear Shirou's voice :D So yeah, forgive me that one, I didn't want to shit on FSN, you seem to like it quite a bit in this thread.

Well, to be fair, FSN characters really are idiots, Shirou especially. It's just that a big part of their characters are being idiots for very serious reasons.
Shirou just makes a lot more sense if you know the three story routes, especially UBW.

I don't like F/SN as much as other people here, and I'm certainly not a fan of Shirou. But gigguk is an arsehat who either spewing shit about something he has no idea or misleading people on purpose in attempt to make his point. F/SN is certainly not the only show he does it with.

Plastic Memories' pace is unbelievably slow. Every dialogue is taking like double the time it should take. Also, it seems to be quite low budget, nothing much is happening on the screen and music is really bland (when present at all). Probably will drop this one, though I liked the premise (although we can probably ask why they couldn't make strong AI perfect human-like androids, which represent unfathomable technological advancements, without expiration date :D).

a good twist could be + Show Spoiler +there are actually immortal (evil) AIs but in the guise of humans and they are making sure no one else gets ahold of the immortal technology and making sure everyone else dies off yeah i havent watched it

To me, it feels like they're aiming for a generic sob story. I also can't figure out the point of using androids in the first place. Replacing all the androids with terminally ill cancer patients would basically change nothing about the plot.

Because it's animu, not a K-Drama.

I finished Eden: It's an Endless World.
It's a really good manga. I really liked it.
I also just realized the last four long manga I read were Blame, Jiraishin, Oyasumi Punpun, and now Eden.
I have downloaded YKK accordingly and am going to my happy place.

wat? That's the final OVA to nyaruko that's about to come out in may/june and I think I linked it so that it starts at a certain point in time instead of the beginning.. was not intended
If you havn't watched it, search for Haiyore! Nyaruko-san and check out episode 1. All that delicious Asumi Kana, you're missing out. I'm pretty sure Sent is waifu'ing Nyaruko pretty hard as well. I think he picked up a figure of her he posted in here sometime around last year?

Nyaruko's character + Asumi kana made for something glorious when combined. + Show Spoiler +
Best ahoge + Show Spoiler +
Hoping the final OVA is good and conclusive. The anime isn't really for everyone though since it's very reference based. Especially Kamen rider references.

For like the first time I can remember, they actually have had guests here that I'm actually interested in. And I ended up spending wayyyyy too much money. The Spoils: + Show Spoiler +![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/WvUailp.jpg) The copy of Gundam: The Origin volume 2, I also got signed by Toru Furuya, the Voice Actor for Amuro Ray. Unfortunately they didn't allow any pictures for that event, unfortunately I don't have any pictures of me and him. That Black Shin Getter 1, and Shin Getter 2 I got at this... Anime Garage Sale thing on Day 0. Basically people selling their random anime stuff for really cheap. This Black Shin Getter for example, goes for like $180 on Ebay, but I essentially robbed the guy and got it for $15. Was finally able to track down an in-stock Stark Jegan. Got a spray can of top coat, and I'm going to experiment some with that sometime in the future. The Nyarlko figure I got was extremely cheap for a figure its size, so I got it. The Gunbuster was fairly cheap too, but its not actually posable, unfortunately. Continued my quest to buy all volumes of One Piece. Also got Robot Spirits, an art book by Masami Obari, who is the most Obari as Fuck artist in the world. Full of great robots. Also went to the MIQ concert. When she finally came onto the stage, the concert was pretty good. However, the part leading up to her was pretty terrible. They had some random group of people perform, and everything they did was either meh or down right terrible. I don't think I've ever heard Macross Frontier's 2nd OP sung worse, god damn. However, MIQ saved us. She didn't do The Winner, but she did her other songs, and sung Real Folks Blues from Cowboy Bebop, which apparently is something she has only done once in public, even in Japan. People were calling for an encore at the end, and she came back out and did Time for L-Gaim. Overall, fun weekend.
