I approve of Hinagiku. Ef had some good scenes that were featured in AMVs... but I haven't actually played/seen any of it. Higurashi season 1 was so damn fun to watch. So exciting compared to the bulk of anime. I watched Air many years ago, and I found it tranquil yet bittersweet. Couldn't really watch it again, though. My gripes with Toradora are along the same lines as Testie's. It's no longer on my hard drive.
Nice the full version of Honjitsu Mankai is finally out. The song is so saccharine it's compelling in some musical moe kind of way if that's possible. Don't think it was worth waiting 10 weeks though -_-;
Actually there might be a point to delete ef, to make room for the two huge original games (that's under the assumption that only plot matters, the anime is a beauty, I should go find the BD-raws). Higurashi would qualify for that except none of it was voiced, so if 7th expansion ever miracle up enough money to redo everything voiced I'd delete the anime to trade for all of the games released up until this point too.

Probably the best solution lol, as long as you keep to just anime 1tb will last for a while. I am eating through my 1tb drive fast after going through a 500gig one though, an interest in the original works, whether it be manga or games on top of interest in doujins makes hd space go fast.
EDIT - Amazing, most useless find on share I've seen yet, does anyone have interest in raw Queen's Blade books, a good 17 volumes. How do those things even sell, I swear.

My friend has like 2.5 tb storage among 4 hard drives and he still has to delete things from time to time. Of course he's the kind of person who hoards all anime and also replaces low quality copies with higher ones. He's been expanding into vintage anime (pre 80s kind of deal) and into K-dramas, so I'm not too surprised he has memory issues. All I have is 1tb and it's plenty for the anime I liked enough to archive.
I am about 1tb+ full across 1.5ish tb storage, replacing low quality copies with higher ones hurt. The only saving grace would be that I don't bother with the bd-raws :p
As I continue to try to find k-on on share, I am bound to hit a real copy at some point lol
I have no idea how in the hell you got a $50 1TB HD unless you got some no-name brand...lol.
I really, really, really wouldn't trust them. HD failure can be fucking catastrophic. Personally, I only use WD off of bad experiences with Seagate.

I think I know which ones I can delete but I dunno, I always find it terribly hard to delete even shitty animes or even ones I know I won't watch again. For instance Shana should be easy to delete for me... but yet I haven't.

what a disaster of a series. Started out promising then the last episodes were so weird / rushed / a let down. + Ryuuji had some promise but ended up gay and wasn't nearly as awesome as Okazaki or Yuiichi etc.

Want an easy solution? Go for the lossless Touhou music torrent. That thing is huge. If that isn't enough, just start digging for classical music in flac :p
They are airing this 'season' by the actual chronology of the events happening, so after S2's first episode in Bamboo Leaf Rhapsody we have another 3 episodes or so to go assuming they'll do Endless Eight (that'll put 2 episodes of Lone Island Syndrome and Mystique Sign inbetween). I simply lost track of what episodes we were up to :p
EDIT - Just checked, assuming I am right about the orders and them doing endless eight, next week should see another new episode.

I've just realised something: watching Skip Beat has made me more appreciative of live-action films and dramas. I know carefully analyse the facial expressions of actors, which I must admit, never paid much attention to before. Similarly, before Nodame, I only listen to some classical music, but now I find it I can't live without it for some reason - especially Mozart Oboe Concerto *pinkkkkk*

The hikikomori was so lame I couldn't even watch him. It's like watching 50 apm players play 3v3 bgh. NHK's ED02, Modokashii Sekai no Ue de, is really good though. Lyrics, melody, instrumentation... I simply had to learn it on the piano.
